The lamp pole is treated with hot-dip galvanized, high-temperature immersion, and a dense zinc layer to effectively resist oxygen and chemical corrosion, especially in coastal areas.

Batteries are made of high-quality A-grade lithium iron phosphate and ternary lithium batteries. These have been strictly screened and tested. Lithium iron phosphate offers a higher cycle life, reaching approximately 2000 times compared to standard alternatives.
Ternary lithium batteries are suitable for colder northern climates, while lithium iron phosphate batteries are ideal for southern regions. Both options provide reliable energy storage for consistent illumination.
The lamp shell provides heat dissipation, waterproof, and dustproof functions. Made of die-cast aluminum, our thick-material lamps offer stronger structural integrity and superior thermal management.
We utilize high-power lamp beads which provide slower light decay and a significantly longer lifespan compared to standard SMD patches, ensuring bright light for years to come.
