The poles undergo hot-dip galvanization and high-temperature immersion, creating a dense zinc layer that resists oxygen and chemical corrosion. This is particularly effective in coastal areas, preventing salt erosion and slowing the aging process. The final spraying process ensures a tight paint layer with customizable styles.
Our units utilize A-grade lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) and ternary lithium batteries. Lithium iron phosphate offers a significantly higher cycle life, reaching approximately 2000 cycles compared to 500 cycles for ternary lithium. LiFePO4 is highly recommended for southern regions, while ternary lithium excels in colder northern climates.
The lamp housing is crafted from die-cast aluminum, providing superior heat dissipation and IP65 waterproof/dustproof protection. We offer various thicknesses; thicker shells provide better thermal management and structural integrity. For lighting, we prioritize high-power lamp beads which offer slower light decay and a much longer lifespan compared to standard SMD beads.
